Sideboard shelf

Sideboard shelf, scroll saw fretwork pattern

This is a truly evocative sideboard shelf. It can be made small for a desk or large for a sideboard. The central lower fretworked panel can be transformed into a door to make the inner space usable. The pattern is based in an old English design from the beginning of the XX century that I have entirely reconstructed in the computer.

The pattern has been designed to use 1/4 and 1/8 inches wood or 6 and 3 mm wood. By scaling the pattern appropriately any other wood widths can also be used. These are the measures of the sideboard shelf depending on the wood width you use:

  Height Width Depth
1/4 and 1/8 in. wood 18,2 in. 15 in. 5,5 in.
8 and 4 mm. wood 58 cm. 48 cm. 17,6 cm.
6  and 3 mm. wood 43,7 cm. 36 cm. 13,2 cm.

Please note that this pattern is registered and copyrighted. If you would like to have it I offer it for 10 € plus shipping. The pattern is computer made, which provides total precision, and nicely printed for convenient scrolling. Click here to buy this pattern. Write me to info@finescrollsaw.com for any questions.
